DEPOSIT POLICY: A credit card deposit equal to the first night registration fee is required to guarantee a reservation. Holiday weekends require a three – night registration fee deposit. The deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to the following cancellation deadlines:
Non-Holiday Period:
RV/Test sites: 48 Hours Notice
Kabin: 7 Days
Holiday or Weekend Period:
RV/Tent Sites: 7 Days
Kabins: 14 days
Reservations made after these deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
MINIMUM STAYS: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on all weekends and three nights on all holiday reservations

Monthly storage fees: $60.00 plus tax
Short term storage: $5.00 per day/ $25.00 minimum

VISITORS: Visitors are defined as additional persons at your site whom have not been included at time of registration. Visitor fee:$6.95 per person/per day to 10 PM.
