DEPOSIT POLICY: A credit card deposit equal to the first night registration fee is required to guarantee a reservation. Holiday weekends require a 3-night registration fee deposit. The deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to the following cancellation deadlines:
Non-Holiday Period:
RV/Test sites: 48 Hours Notice
Kabin: 7 Days
Holiday or Weekend Period:
RV/Tent Sites: 7 Days
Kabins: 14 days
Reservations made after these deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Early Check In: $5 per hour
Late Check Out :$5 per hour
To enhance our campers' experience, the New York City/Newburgh KOA bundles its resort amenities with a $5 per night, per site fee. The resort fee offers value to our campers allowing everyone to enjoy the following amenities without additional charge:
Internet Access,Jumping Pillow, All-you-can-eat-Pancakes, Central Bark K-9 Dog Park, Mini Golf,Activities Program,Inflatables
* Management reserves the right to alter amenities list and resort fee at any time.
Firewood- Emerald Ash Bore Alert
No outside firewood is allowed to be delivered or brought into the campground.
Firewood bundles or wagon of wood available for purchase in the kampstore.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
MINIMUM STAYS: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on all weekends and three nights on all holiday reservation.
OTHER SERVICES:
Move On/Off Site: $10.00 per move
RV Winterizing: $80.00 plus tax
On site storage available daily weekly or monthly.
Short term storage $30.00 minimum or $5.00 per day whichever is greater.
Monthly Storage $80.00
All storage fees are subject to sales tax.
VISITORS: Visitors are defined as additional persons at your site whom have not been included at time of registration. Visitor fee:$10 per adult and $5 per child/per day to 10 PM.
